Every catalog item on Bandweb - album, video, merch, tour date - gets its own smart link and QR code. Each one opens a share modal where you can copy the URL or download the code and send people exactly where you want them.

  • Visit Share and find your site’s URL.
  • Hit the COPY button to copy the link.
  • Drop it in the bio slot on every social profile you run.

One link, kept current by the rest of your platforms.

Sharing catalog items

Opening the share modal

  1. Navigate to any catalog item - music, video, merch, or tour date.
  2. Click the SHARE button in the page header.
  3. The share modal opens with:
    • Item image and title
    • Type badge (ALBUM, VIDEO, MERCH, TOUR DATE)
    • Public URL for the item
    • QR code for the URL

Copying the URL

  • Click the COPY button in the share modal.
  • The URL lands on your clipboard with a visual confirmation.
  • Paste it in a story, caption, newsletter, ad, DM - wherever.

Downloading QR codes

Every smart link comes with a QR code in two formats, so the merch table and the flyer get the same treatment.

  1. SVG (use this for print)

    • Vector, scales to any size without going fuzzy.
    • Posters, banners, stickers, vinyl sleeves.
    • Click the SVG button to download.

  2. PNG (use this for digital)

    • Raster, sized for screens and social.
    • Click the PNG button to download.

QR code best practices

  • SVG for anything being printed - flyers, posters, merch.
  • PNG for anything staying on a screen - stories, newsletters, websites.
  • Scan-test before you print. Nothing worse than a dead code on a thousand shirts.
  • Keep the contrast strong and the margin clean. Pretty QR placements that don’t scan are just decoration.
