Sites

Can I create a label or multi-project site?

Label and roster sites are in the works - we’ve been talking to managers running 3–20 artists about what they actually need. For now, each site is one artist. Want in on the roster beta? Tell us.

Can I have multiple sites?

Yes. One login, any number of artists - own them, join them, switch between them.

Yes. Your homepage is built for it, and unlike a standalone link-in-bio, everything beneath it - music, merch, videos, shows - is already there too.

Do you have an API?

There’s a private one. If you want to build something custom against it - a site, an app, a one-off - get in touch.

Catalog

Why is my item missing from a platform?

A few usual suspects:

Platforms

Why don’t you support more platforms?

We want to cover every platform our artists actually use, but some take longer to integrate - API access, business approval, rate limits, the usual. If there’s one you need, tell us; we prioritize based on what our artists keep asking for.

What if my platform isn’t supported?

You can still link to it manually - from your posts, your footer, your Info page, and inside item descriptions.

Design

Can I add custom pages?

Not fully custom, no - Bandweb is opinionated about what a music site should be. The Info page is flexible enough for a bio, press, booking, member credits, or anything else that needs a home.

Can I add a contact form?

No. Contact forms pull in a truckload of spam and break in weird ways. Put your real contact info on the Info page instead - booking email, management email, whatever’s appropriate for the role.

We don’t. Fans already expect photos on Instagram; duplicating them on a website mostly slows it down. Keep the site fast, and point fans to where the photos live.

Billing

How much does Bandweb cost?

One plan: $19/mo, or $15/mo billed annually ($180/yr). 30-day Pro trial with card required at signup — you are not charged until day 31. No free tier. Full breakdown: pricing.

How do I cancel my subscription or delete my site?

We’d rather you didn’t, but you can cancel and delete whenever. If something’s broken or missing, tell us first - often it’s a fixable problem.
