Our refund policy - what qualifies, and how to get in touch if something isn’t sitting right.

We want you to love Bandweb. If something’s off, email us - no scripts, no runaround. We’ll figure it out.

Full refunds

A few examples where a full refund is the right call:

You got charged for the next month when you meant to cancel. Refunded.
You forgot to cancel months ago and haven’t used the site since. Refunded for the unused time.
You gave Bandweb a real shot and it wasn’t for you. Your money back.

Partial refunds

Sometimes a partial refund is the fair move - not a full refund, not nothing. These are handled case-by-case, so email [email protected] with what’s going on and we’ll land on something fair.
