Finding your Shopify URL

  • Visit your Shopify store.
  • Copy the URL of your home page, or any collection page, from your browser’s address bar.

Connecting Shopify

Three steps: find your profile URL on the platform, paste it into Bandweb, and you're connected with nightly syncing.

  • Visit Platforms and select New in the top right.
  • Select Merch and then Shopify.
  • Enter your Shopify profile URL and hit Save.

Good to know

  • Shopify’s Starter plan doesn’t work yet. Either upgrade your Shopify plan, or shift to Big Cartel or Bandcamp.
  • Big catalog? Point us at a collection instead of your whole store.
  • Selling through a label or distributor? Use the collection URL specific to your products - e.g. https://www.your-label.com/collections/your-band.
