Plans overview

Pro ($19/month or $180/year) — One plan with everything included: custom domain support, the full design kit, unlimited albums and events, Video and Blog pages, unlimited newsletter contacts, and priority support. Annual subscribers get one custom domain registration included in the first year.

New signups use a 30-day Pro trial with a card collected at Checkout. You are not charged until day 31. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing with one click.

There is no free tier. If you do not subscribe after your trial, your site is removed.

Legacy sites created before onboarding V2 may have started on a 14-day trial without a card; those follow the older trial rules until they subscribe or expire.

Your Pro trial

When you finish onboarding (V2), you preview your real site first, then Stripe starts a 30-day trial with your card on file.
You are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
We email you about 3 days before your trial ends as a heads-up before the first charge.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (one click) or the trial banner in the dashboard.
After trial end, Stripe bills your chosen plan (monthly or annual) unless you cancel.
If you cancel during the trial without converting, your site and data are removed — there is no downgrade to a free plan.

Upgrading to Pro

Open the dashboard and go to Settings.
Scroll to the Billing section.
Open the menu (⋯) and choose Upgrade, or click Subscribe to Pro.
Pick monthly ($19/month) or yearly ($180/year — $15/month effective).
Stripe handles payment. Pro stays active as long as your subscription is current.

Changing your billing frequency

Go to Settings → Billing.
Open the menu and choose Manage.
In the Stripe portal, switch between monthly and yearly.

Updating your payment method

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage (Stripe portal).
Update your card under Payment method.

Canceling

One-click cancel: Settings → Billing → Cancel — no confirmation token required. Your subscription ends at the current period (or trial end).
You can also use Manage in Stripe to cancel at period end.
When your subscription ends without converting from trial, your site is removed. Paid subscribers who cancel keep access until the period ends, then the site is taken down.

Custom domains

Annual Pro: one custom domain registration is included in the first year (Bandweb covers the registrar fee).
Monthly Pro: pay the registrar price at checkout when you purchase a domain in Settings, or connect a domain you already own.

Unlimited contacts on every plan — no subscriber add-on tiers.
Monthly billing: ~10,000 sends per month soft cap (in-flight campaigns always finish).
Annual billing: uncapped sends.
